All the products will be put through a production process; therefore, there will be a Handling Time on them.

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

Transit time: 1 – 5 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Carriers

Our shipping is facilitated by trusted carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, and FedEx.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

Lost Packages:

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:

  • Confirm that the shipping address provided was correct.
  • Check around your property, including all potential delivery spots.
  • Ask neighbors or household members if they may have received the package on your behalf.
  • Reach out to the courier using your tracking number to file a claim.

If the courier confirms the package is lost, contact us right away with your order number. We’ll either resend your items or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Address Changes

We are unable to change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at sales@govirtualitstore.co within 12 hours of placing your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day.
